To Configure a Source, goto Start->Programs->PocketRSS, from menu do; File|Add New Source.
Step 1: Enter the URL of a RSS/OPML compliant data source
Step 2: Press 'Validate and Save Source Url' button

During Step 2, PocketRSS will download the data from the internet. If there is an error, you will be notified. Potential sources of errors are...
- internet connection is not available
- data source website in unavailable
- downloaded information is not in the expected format
Once data is downloaded, it will become an active RSS/OPML Source in your Source listing.
